The boat

Building began on the Sherazade in December 2003 in a shipyard in P.Said in Egypt. Work was supervised by Renato Marchesan and a naval engineer, with the help of an engineer from Veritas. Sherazade is the result of all the experience we have gained from many years of navigating and cruising, particularly in the Red Sea. We expect construction work and rigging to be finished by April 2005. Sherazade will operate in Southern Egypt between June and November and in Sudan between November and the end of May.
